Water Retention and Body Hydration

Drinking other fluids is not the same as drinking water. They
add calories, sugar, and additives. If you must feel a taste in your taste buds, make your own fruit water by
adding lime, lemon, or small amounts of berry juice.
Although caffeine increases the rate at which the body burns
fat, it is also a diuretic. That is, it makes the body become dehydrated.
Once excess water is removed, the body processes work more
smoothly. Muscle tone improves and skins plumps richer with a more youthful look.
Stop Retaining Water By Drinking Water Regularly
Start drinking water early in the morning and continue until two
or three hours before bedtime. Water is so inexpensive and non-fattening. Our bodies are made up of 60% water.

goes to show how water affects muscles, skin, and organs.
The best antidote to water retention is to drink plenty of
